Ads optimization company Matomy acquires digital ad agency Adperio for $30 million
The deal will help Matomy Media to widen its activity in the North American market as well as enrich its offering in the social media and virtual currency media channels.
Adperio, located in Denver, Colorado, specializes in social media and virtual currency advertising. The company’s annual revenue is $50 million.

Matomy was founded in August 2006 by Druker and Adi Orzel, CEO at Matomy Market and Matomy Media. The company headquarters is located in Tel Aviv, Israel. In July 2010 Viola Private Equity invested $17 million in the group.
